Update 1/4/20: Please note that any orders sent after 2pm on 1st April are unable to be delivered this week due to unprecedented volumes. We will still be processing your orders as normal and will deliver these as per the delivery schedule week commencing 6th April. We are also closed Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Due to unprecedented demand, we require your order at least 72 hours in advance - we're doing our best to get orders out ASAP but we have been inundated. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. 

We deliver to:

West Bridgford, Gamston, Lady Bay, Ruddington, Edwalton, Compton Acres, Radcliffe on Trent, Wilford, The Park, Sneinton, and the Meadows every day.


Tuesday: Arnold, Mapperley, Carlton, Sherwood.

Wednesday: Langar, Cotgrave, East Bridgford, Lowdham, Colwick, Burton Joyce, Bingham

Thursday: Bramcote, Stapleford, Beeston, Wollaton, Long Eaton, Clifton

Here are some FAQs to help you with our home delivery service:

Why are there no prices on the order form? Our suppliers prices change on a daily basis so we aren't able to put the prices online. We don't have the buying power of big supermarkets, but we aren't increasing our prices, they are what you would pay if you came to our shop. We are very sorry that we can’t give you an idea of price in advance of your order.


How do I pay? When we deliver your order there will be an invoice in the box with a breakdown of all the costs. If you have access to online banking please do a BACS transfer using the name on your order as a reference or the account reference from your invoice. (BANK DETAILS: Account No: 23 09 19 10 Sort code: 20-55-68) If this is not possible someone from the team will ring and take a card payment over the phone. No cash accepted.

Will the driver call before he drops off? Our drivers are working flat out to deliver to as many people as possible, so we can't give you a time or ring to let you know we are on our way. The driver will leave your delivery on your doorstep and ring your bell to let you know it is there. We cannot enter any premises. 


How do I complete the form? Please download the form from the website and complete the boxes. All of our produce is loose and not prepacked like a supermarket -if you put 1 carrot we will only send 1 carrot and not one bag. If you are not sure on a number and prefer to use a weight that is OK -please just put a unit in. (KG/lb). If you think it should be in a punnet/packet (like blueberries please put 1pk). We will do our best to apply common sense to your order. Please use the notes box at the bottom for anything you are unsure about or any specific requests -we will do our very best to accommodate you.


I can’t edit the form, what should I do? We are aware some phones and tablets are having issues completing the form. If possible, please try from a computer, but if not, please send an email listing your order (using the information from the form) to sales@thefruitbasketdirect.uk


I've emailed my form over, have you got it? If you've emailed the order you should receive our out of office reply, if you have this then we have the order. If you don't get an out of office reply please double check that you've typed the email address correctly and resend it. We are incredibly busy and do not have the staffing or technology to let you know that your delivery is packed and/or what time it will arrive.  If we have a problem or questions about your form, we will be in touch. If it is all OK, then you will not hear from us until our driver drops off your delivery and invoice.


Have you got everything in stock? At the moment, the only thing we are having issues sourcing is fresh orange juice - but we still have plenty of oranges if you fancy making your own! Eggs are also in short of supply so we may not be able to send boxes of 6/12. We can send a tray of 30 eggs if this is preferred


Are there any limits? Please be reasonable in your requests so that we can keep supplying everyone. If we start having to limit anything and you have asked for more than this, we will send the maximum.


What type of yoghurt is it? We have large pots of natural yoghurt and Greek yoghurt. We also have small individual portion pots of flavoured yoghurt. Please use the notes section to specify which of these you require.
